• Provide full-time direct medical services, including the examination and care for patients seeking treatment from the Practice
• Provide for and maintain full and complete records of all services performed for patients at the Practice in accordance with the applicable professional and legal standards
• Participate in any quality assurance program of the Practice
• Maintain, in good standing: applicable hospital medical staff privileges and all applicable professional licensures and certifications
